If I threw some red peppers in the air fryer and roasted and sliced them, is there a way I can season them to make some kind of "salad"? Simple is ideal!

You can make za'alo. It's a spanish/moroccan dish
Slice your grilled peppers (peel the skin off)
Saute in olive oil and lots of garlic cloves
Salt and paprika
Simmer on low and thats it. Super easy and delicious
