I wouldn’t go today an Amusement park in the 9 days, because of the danger and because it’s not in the spirit of mourning to be having fun trips.

There are special cases where a rav might pasken that it's okay. For example, I know that people are usually told that entertaining seriously ill children with music is okay during the three weeks.
