Are there any 30 year olds with 10 year old kids moving in there? What type of crowd is it? Is it similar to the whitesville toms river crowd? Also anyone have a real estate agent that knows that area very well?

From what I know, only 2 families actually live there. It's considered Manchester. A lot of frum people bought but don't live there yet and are renting to non jews.

From people who daven in the closest shul. They said only 2 men have ever come in and that they are the only ones living there. That was like a month or 2 ago. Maybe that changed or the other people always go away every Shabbos and I heard wrong...

The closest shul is pretty far maybe they all go away. I guess I have to find people that live there to find out real information

Yes, the closest shul is 30 minutes away.
This is an old thread but someone posted a person to pm because her daughter lives there. Idk if that helps you at all...

Hi. I am the one who posted anon on the previous thread. My DD lives there. There are new families moving in weekly. A whole different picture than a few months ago! I think they are pretty close to having a Shabbos minyan.
My DD can recommend a RE agent who has sold many homes in the neighborhood. You can PM me for info. But DD really only wants to talk to people who are planning to move in,not if they are renting their homes out. It takes a lot of time and energy to handle the many calls she gets, and it's not fair to make her expend that if you are not planning to help build up the neighborhood. (IOW, she in more than happy to help out possible neighbors, not investors.)
