When you bake cookies to be eaten over the next few days, how do you store them? I am looking for an attractive (and more environmentally friendly!) way to store the cookies and biscotti I bake during the week and keep them fresh, not hard. I’m tired of ziplock bags and 9x13s. I also dislike cookie jars.

I've seen in a lot of places that putting a piece of sliced bread in the jar keeps them chewy
