What does a kosher hotel mean? A hotel with food? Aren’t those only available in the Catskills?
If you’re open to other ideas https://www.hotelbelleclaire.com/amp
is 2 blocks from the beautiful west side mikvah

Hi OP, I have a short term rental apartment that's open for next Shabbos in Marine Park (Brooklyn). PM me for details if you're interested!

Can be maybe in Deal or the Five towns or anywhere with a Jewish community. I just am not familiar which place has a hotel walking distance from the Mikva.

In many smaller OOT communities the mikvah is attached to the shul or very nearby. So you can check the website http://www.hotelsnearshuls.com/ and identify a few options that look interesting. Then check the mikvah in those specific cities to make sure it's indeed near the shul, and you should be fine.
