I don't have cleaning help ATM, so I'm looking for a mop/system that is easy for me to use several times a week. I use a regular string mop for my kitchen tiles and thats easy enough, but the rest of my house is wood floors and I want something better that I'll actually use often.
In the past I have used the mop with the spray bottle attached and a microfiber cloth, but I didn't like it.

Do you have to keep changing the water like with a regular mop?

You shouldn't be mopping the floors with any kind of water.
The proper care of a wood floor is to vacuum it as frequently as possible because grit is what destroys wood floors. Then use a cleaner like Bona which is specifically meant to be used on wood floors to clean up any residual grime.
