If I don’t want to leave my oven on overnight can I bake the kugel tonight as usual, and then do the pan with water on 200 thing early tomorrow morning, all day?

Bumping this thread with a few more related questions.
I have a ready made and cooked potato Kugel, but it's frozen. Should I
A) first let it thaw on counter, then put in oven on low temp overnight
B) reheat it uncovered at high temp until heated through, then cover, lower the temp and leave overnight,
C) should I just put it in frozen, covered, at the low temp and leave overnight?
Also do you slice it before you heat it or only when you take it out of the oven on Shabbos?
