All I know is that her diet was the start of my friend’s years long eating disorder. I can’t say she caused it, but, she caused it.

And I did amazingly well on it, lost 10 lbs, ate healthy, normal portions. As did several friends of mine

I follow her WhatsApp status. She seems super encouraging and has an amazing outlook on life in general. I don’t want to lose weight and currently eat very healthy but thinking to join for her vibe on life… and to get me to drink more water and excersize…
