Can I please have a freezable chicken soup recipe?

I can't think of any chicken soup that's not freezable, though potatoes and lokshen may fall apart. If you like lokshen, cook them separately and add to the soup just before serving. If you're afraid that the veggies will be overcooked, add them very late in the process and freeze the soup while they're still undercooked. They'll finish cooking when you reheat the soup.

All chicken soups freeze wonderfully.
I freeze the broth in containers.
Noodles in little Ziploc bags.
I don't freeze the veggies, as they get soggy.

Chicken soup is fantastic. No difference in quality besides veg. if you're makpid. Cook soup. Let cool. Pour into containers. Refrigerate overnight. Skim fat the next day. Freeze.
