#1 where are these pills available in brooklyn?
(The extended caffeine pills I think their called?)

#2 has anyone gotten approval from their doctor to use it? What is it even made out of so I can ask the dr? I know there are two types I think, the extended caffeine pills and also the kalei tzom? Or are they the same thing?

Should I ask my ob or my pediatrician? I have a newborn and exclusively BF)
