Anybody have one and can share a recipe? I'm dreaming of a olive tapenade fish. Ate it once. Store bought. I'm dreaming of it ever since. Want to try it for sukkos.

Get a bunch of olives, black, green, mixed, with or without pimentos. Your choice.
Put them in a food processor with a half clove of fresh garlic.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
Chop until the pieces are fine enough to spread, but don't process it into mush. The olives should be bigger than bread crumb size.
Taste, adjust seasonings, and enjoy! This lasts for up to a week in the fridge.
This is also really good mixed with plain cream cheese, yogurt, or other mild dairy products. It's also a nice dressing for cold pasta salad.
