I think it's a 10 minute drive to Kiryas Yoel.

There is a (canvas) sukkah set up at Legoland @Ridge hill in Yonkers by the Chabad there, and they are selling Pas Yisroel individual wrapped snacks at the Cafeteria for Chol Hamoed

Legoland Goshen and Ridge Hill are very very different places. Goshen is a full blown theme/amusement park.

AIUI, Brick Street Cafe on the Main Street has a fridge with kosher sandwiches. No clue about a sukkah.

My friends' kids love Legoland. Enjoy.
