Someone gave me a pastrami chicken roll and I want to use it for Yom Tov. Does anyone have a clue how to cook it?
Do I just bake? For how long? It is about 2.8 lbs or so. I don’t know if it’s pickled or not. It’s covered in a pastrami looking spice .

Place it in a loaf pan, add just a 1/3 inch of water, and bake covered at 400 for 1.5 hours (you can uncover last 15 minutes). It's pickled to pastrami, so no need for seasoning.
For a roast like that that is 5 lbs, you would bake for 2 hours.
