I have a cast iron pot /Dutch oven, I use it to bake sourdough.
What else can I use the pot for? Can I make Cholent, soups on the stove? Or do anything else in the oven with it?

I didn’t see much of a difference between a regular pot and a Dutch oven for cholent but it does make Delicious chicken and potatoes. I get a heavenly broth on the bottom plus it’s easy because I can dump a whole chicken inside with some cubed potatoes, sliced onions, half a pot water, salt and spices, and leave it to cook on low or bake on 300 for 4-5 hours. Similar to a crockpot but better IMO. I’ve also made meatballs in it, soups, and delicious stuff with fruit.
