Hi. For gluten free cookies made with oat flour, what is the proper blessing? Mezonos or shehakol?

Since oat is one of the five flours that can become chamatz I would think mezonot

Oats are naturally gluten-free. If they're baked (vs. steamed, like granola bars, there's a machlokes) they're mezonos.
