You can try macherusa.com - they sometimes have job listings to make phone calls from home for tzedakah organizations. Some kiruv organizations also advertise for things like that there, or on their own websites.

If you want a job that you only do when you have time for it, freelancing is probably best for you. There are all kinds of things you can do as a freelancer - type, format documents, write, edit, translate, graphic design, data analysis, business consulting, baking, sales, marketing, crafts, tutoring...
For some things you'd probably need to open your own business (eg baking or crafts), with others (tutoring, editing) you can charge an hourly rate. Up to you what kind of job you prefer. Plus, of course, what you're good at.
