Does anyone have a good recipe to make falafel using canned chick peas? Preferably a recipe that bakes well in the oven.

Falafel is made with raw chick peas. Canned chick peas are cooked. Make hummus instead .

There's an old post on here from a poster called DefyGravity for fried falafel using canned chickpea which is pretty good

I make this sometimes and we like it. I don't know how traditional it is, but it's quick and easy. I've never tried baking. https://www.allrecipes.com/rec.....peas/

Dinner done has a falafel topping for salad that's very easy and good. I make it all the time. I mix everything in a ziplock bag. It bakes in the oven.

I make falafel using canned chickpeas with the recipe from the 'kalla's cookbook" the recipe calls for dried chickpeas but I use cans and it corks out fine.
