Definitely, we dont have a Minyan on our own.

They have ads for house rentals upstate

You're a little late, but you could try Lakewood Hosts and Reserve Kosher. Or you could choose some city with a shul that interests you and try to find a place on AirBNB near the shul. If these aren't working, you might have better luck finding two smaller houses near one another.
