$16 an hour. 15 hours a week

I just recently started someone new. When I was calling around I found that almost everyone was asking at least $15/16 plus transportation. I am not interested in dealing with transportation. I found someone who is very good who charges $20/hr but deals with the transportation herself.
I only have 3 hr / week.

9 hrs a week over 2 days
But I hear that most people are paying more per hr.

Just gave her a raise
I have her 2 full days a week
I live in Fl. if that makes a difference
Also I have her over 10 yrs
She started at $12

How does everyone find people who are willing to take $15? I’ve only found $17- $20 an hour around here.

$15 but she works here full time 40 hrs/week. She's my housekeeper and playgroup assistant. She does take more on the rare occasion she goes to someone else just part time to clean.
