Last minute I’m hosting a party of over 30 people. I’m excited but really nervous, too.
Here’s the menu, can you help me fill in the gaps? Maybe suggest another main or side? Or is this enough?
Serving buffet style:
Drinks Station with coffee, tea and hot cocoa as well as cold drinks
On the main table:
2 salads
Latkes
Fries
fried mushrooms with cheese
Spinach quiche
Salmon
2 pastas
Pizza
Dessert table:
Doughnut wall
Chanukah cupcakes
Nosh
Can kids ages 2-6 sit in the floor doing crafts? I’ll spread out a plastic tablecloth. I don’t have enough chairs…. 😬 Or I can open a folding table and they can do the crafts standing around the table. Is that Ok?
Sorry for the rambling and bad grammar I’m just so nervous!

That sounds like plenty- and really yummy! I would probably cut a starch and add grilled vegetables to add more diet options.

Thanks! I’m not cutting out pasta (or anything, looking to add) because one will have cheese and one won’t, but adding in more vegetables is a good idea.
