looking for vitamins that help children be strong physically, immune-strong and grow healthy
and my kids should want to take them.
can be chewable or gummies but I need the ones that you can recommend from experience that they work.

Immune support from maxi health is great. It's a liquid.
Vitamin c liquid from Dynamic Health.
Vitamin D chewables.
As always, speak to your pediatrician before giving your kids anything.

We all take magnesium and a good methylated b complex all the time as a foundation. Then add in different things for each child depending on what they have going on at the moment. In general for immune and nervous system health we work on gut health, as the gut is the seat of the immune and nervous system.

should I get d or d3? how many iu?
also, does d help boost the immune system?
