I got it at NPGS, I can't tell if it's in a net or not, but it seems to be white meat chicken rolled up so it will slice like a roast, and it's coated with pastrami spice. How do I cook this? It's about 3 lb.

Put a few spoons of water on the bottom of a pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hrs.
