Is there a free filter for a computer?
I dont even want it to filter that much...im fine with my kids accessing youtube as long as its not the 18+ content...I really just want it to block p-rn type things.
And I really dont want it to slow down the computer.
Does this exist?

Qustodio has a free option. But it did slow down my computer...
You can use a filter on your router like OpenDNS.

Open dns. It's a filter on your router and will work on any device using the internet through that router. I've used their free version. It's the only filter ive used that didn't slow my computer. It generally works well. You can customize what types of sites to block.
Also, your computer may have a built in option. Apple products definitely have.
