OK, do you know any private chefs in KJ? (I suppose Monsey would also work if they will deliver. Just it's a short Friday and although we'll probably go up Thur night, I know some parties will have anxiety until the food is actually in the house!)

I've tried those numbers as well as some I found via google. One sent me a sample menu. Not a salad in sight. Of course I can order that separately but what puzzles me - I know there are people into healthy eating in Monroe. Do none of them cater?

I've never heard of people serving salads shabbos. We eat traditional here. Maybe shalosh seudas people serve salad but otherwise a shabbos menu won't have that. You'll get radishes for the soup and by day next to the eggs, but there is no mesorah to have salad so it's not a thing. If you're paying for 50 portions I'm sure you can ask for a salad and specify what you want and get it but salads aren't really a thing here and neither is catering really.
