Does anyone know what soaps for babies are healthyish for babies. I can't seem to find anything in Israel that's paraben and sulfate free

Roots is paraben, sulphate, and silicone free.

I use Dove soap. Lather up my hands, and use it to clean baby. I use it as soap and shampoo until my LO has a significant amount of hair.
