what can I use instead of feta cheese in a greek salad?
can't find a good feta here in uk.

You can crumble and lightly season farmers cheese (low curd cottage cheese).

I used goat cheese when I couldn't find feta. It's more solid, not crumbly, so I cut it into pieces.

It's wet, but if you like it over a salad you can spoon it on right before eating.

just saw the yummy brand feta cheese but its in brine.
anyone uses this brand? how do you use? probably also wet?
