Eden Cafe is an hour away near a quiet beautiful beach. They’re located in Ormand beach

There is a flishig israeli grill type place. The kosher grill I think it was called. It was very good. But beware if you are staying in the villa neighborhoods it could be a good 30-40 min drive.

No beaches in Orlando. Look at a map, it is more inland.

Food- just be aware, if you are coming midwinter, it will be very busy. Will take time to get a table...
Besides for the restaurants. 2 pizza shops have pop up. Pizza biza and wheels kosher pizza.
