I have an outdated version and need to update.
I don't use most features but I do need a good camera and long battery life.
I will be buying refurbished so I don't know if there's a significant difference there.
Also, does the amount of gb on the phone matter? What happens if I run out of space?
I'm leaning toward a 2020 SE because of the small size...
Will I be able to transfer over info from my current iphone?

You’ll easily be able to transfer over info. Why don’t you find out if your carrier offers any trade ins? I just traded my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 13 at no cost with Verizon.
