That can incorporate ground flax seeds and uses minimal sugar.

I have quite a few cookbooks so if there’s a good recipe in a specific book, I can check if I have that book and then you don’t need to post the recipe.

I made something from the balebusta choice #2.
Came out pretty good and while not dietetic or sugar free, it’s not thatjunky as other cookie recipes.
Lmk if you want the recipe and my tweaks

lactation cookie bars have flax seed. but any granola that I made have honey-sugar.
