Following...
I made one w muenster cheese recently since that's what I had in my fridge. I thought it was yummy and not too hard.

I also like the one in millenial kosher cookbook from chani apfelbaum but don't know if I can post that recipe here if I don't have permission..

I made this last week and got rave reviews. I boiled up a pot of pasta and drained it, put it back in the pot and then added two scoops of butter. I don't usually cook with butter but it's just once in awhile. I mixed it in till it was all melted and encorporated and then added about 4 oz of shredded meunster cheese (half a small bag). I also added some garlic pepper seasoning. And that's it.
I don't think it reheats well but we didn't have any leftovers...

Cook macaroni, drain, add a can of tomato sauce or 1/2 jar of pasta sauce/pizza sauce/marinara sauce.
(or more - depending on how much macaroni you have)
Turn on fire, when sauce is hot, add shredded cheese, cut up american cheese and stir.
optional: add some oregano powder, pinch black pepper
