I have a son who's diagnosed with ASD and seems to be so much more "on" after eating sugary food. Has anyone had this experience with their child?

Maybe he gets hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) and is "off" when gets too low. There are better solutions than sugar though. I would try to substitute the sugary food with a more healthy carb paired with a protein, that helps keep the sugar levels stable for longer.

Hypoglycemic possibly. Also maybe try supporting adrenals with magnesium, methyl b complex, thiamax, and Jigsaw adrenal cocktail. Wonder if you'd see improvement that way too. I'm not a doctor or anything just a mom who has dealt with a lot....
Good luck!
