Hi!

I have a recipe for brownies (the one with chocolate pudding mix, cocoa etc) but it uses 1\4 cup potato starch. I’m not crazy about the texture the potato starch gives. How can I substitute it with something else (cake meal, almond flour etc?)?

You can use the 1/4 cup cake meal instead.
