With basic ingredients that can put over apples and bake.
I've tried some that are supposed to be great but all I can taste is a too-sweet potato-starchy texture that I can't stand.

1/2 cup ground nuts, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup potato starch. Lightly beat an egg and slowly add some to the dry mix, seeing how much of it you need. Pinch together to form crumbs. You may need a tbsp of oil too.
