Besides for stuffed capons or chicken bottoms, what can I use meal mart kishka for? I have a few frozen rolls, and we find it too oily in the cholent, so looking for a different way to use them.

Kishka stuffed chicken breast roll ups, rolled in cornflake crumbs and drizzled with honey
I've seen kugel recipes with a layer of kishka but not sure if that's what you had in mind.

I second this. We love it. If you don't have a grill you can fry it in a spray oiled pan until crispy
