I'm baking a carrot cake and want to make a pareve cream cheese frosting to go with it.
I'm not a fan of tofutti and find it has a strange after taste for me. Any recommendations for pareve cream cheese brands that don't taste terrible?

There is a creamcheese frosting the is o-u and parve. I forget if it's duncan heinz or betty crocker. You can use that.
But since you probably want to make your own, there is a line of parve products made from beans. I can't think of the name right now. Anyone know what I'm talking about? The kosher groceries carry it.
