Does anyone know how to prevent or remove the black residue on the Bosch challah paddle.
It makes the dough black. Would love a way to clean it.

This happens to me when I put it in the dishwasher. Only prevention I use is handwashing it

Try Bar Keepers Friend and follow bottle instructions. It will get better but not fully restored.
