My 11 yr old son was just diagnosed with ADHD.
He is very behind in school because he can't sit still and listen in class but he could read a book he is interested in.
He is always getting kicked out of class.
The principal suggested I enroll him in Comfort Health because he will be able to get tutoring and I wont have to pay out of pocket for it
A case manager called and was telling me what they provide which sounds great, transportation to doctors, trying to get into a doctor if can't get an appointment, comm hab, respite ect.
All sounds good but b"h my son only needs a tutor. I don't want to put a label on him if he doesn't need one.
My question is if I do enroll him will it follow him wherever he goes? Any down side to getting the services?
