Looking for a tried and true recipe for potato kugel made in a 9x9 pan. I like a gooey, moist kugel with a crisp top. Please post if you have one and please include cooking times!

This is an 8*8 but I really love this recipe!
Taken from chef Chaya on insta
Preheat the oven to 475
3 eggs.
1 Tsp Table Salt.
3 loose Idaho's.
I used the Braun "Kugel Blade" (I don't like it stringy, or chunky and yes I keep all the water in)
1/3 cup oil.
1/4 Tsp White pepper.
Mix. Everything. Quickly.
Then add
3 Tablespoons hot water
Generously grease an 8x8 (the square) with some oil.
Bake @ 475 till the edges are nice and crispy about 35 minutes lower to 350 and bake an additional 35 minutes.

I also do that size. One good tip about making a smaller kugel, it can all be mixed in the food processor bowl. The best hack is putting everything besides potatoes in first and then potatoes get peeled and added last, that way they stay white.
