Turkey London Broil (no skin) in crock pot?

Can I cook a turkey london broil (no skin on it) in the crockpot, or will it be hopelessly dry? I was thinkinng maybe I could cook it in lots of sauce and then make a turkey equivalent of pulled beef? Any ideas? It weighs just under 3 lb.
