I would do 70. People take 2 and the ones who don’t grab won’t get any if there’s not enough for that.

I made 100 and we had about 70 people but it wasn’t enough. A lot of people wanted to take for family members.
We put by each place and extra on buffet.
I would say 150 is good.
The most expensive part was the bag we got it on Amazon. Garlic and sugar cubes is pretty cheap.
Get the blue organza bags not plastic- not good for sugar
