I have a three year old verizon phone that barely works. Do they not do upgrades any more?
Can I trade in my phone for anything or do I need to purchase a new phone? I can't afford the monthly payments, even 20 dollars a month is too much.

I generally buy used phones from Swappa.com. they only have smartphones but some are very cheap.

Or if you do Verizon, it's only $2-3 a month for some of the basic ones
