Freezer for sure. Especially since I would want to make sure that any leftovers would stay fresh and edible.

It'll totally be fine in the fridge and I don't think a day will make a difference.

I make cheesecake a few days before I plan to serve it so that it can sit in the fridge for a few days. I find it tastes better then. Definitely wouldn’t freeze it.

Freezer please I once ate a week old cheese cake and got food poising it was terrible please keep in the freezer.

Either the fridge was off or there were eggs not properly baked or something... Cheeses are generally kept in the fridge for way longer...
