Co-worker's Pancakes "On the Ones"

1 T flour
1 T sour cream
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
Cook in frying pan or bake as desired; eat and enjoy !

How many pancakes does this make? Oh, I get it..... ONE!  That's an awful lot of eggs for one pancake... may as well cut the work and calories and just have sunny side up.
