Im looking to make Baked Salmon with Sliced Almonds, that has an amazing texture eaten cold a day or two after.

I once made it and liked it and I cant find the recipe I used.

Thanks, Im thinking using a recipe with breadcrumbs on fish that Ill serve a day or two later may not look and taste that great...
