Please go to Columbia Presbyterian in Manhattan they are the best! I have tried others nothing compares and they take most insurance it's worth the travel.

I saw Dr Munyak over there and he didnt do an MRI which ended up hurting me because it turns out that my issue couldnt be seen on xrays or sonogram alone, it required an mri to know what is wrong. Dr. Munyak is no longer working there but if op goes to this location (or anywhere else) then she should ask to do an MRI to rule out any more severe issues that cant be seen on xrays or sonograms.

His bedside manner is horrendous. He's great for broken bones. If you need a dr you can talk to and ask questions I would not recommend him.

Horrible bedside manner. I took one of my kids to him before he was with the Maimonides group and did not go back because of his personality. We were very happy with Dr Blanco at HSS.

Ok, I didn't know that. Dh attended the appt and didn't complain. I'll ask him later.
It was an injured bone. I'd actually call Refuah Resources if we wouldve had more time to play with.

Tucci was terrible. We went to him for a major issue and he had the worst advice and wouldn't answer any questions.

Dr mara karamitopulis. Not sure I'm spelling her last name right. But she's at nyu bay ridge. Probably also nyu joint diseases. Had a pleasant experience with her.
Long ish wait cause office ccomadates alot of emergencies

I second this one. She's incredible. Very thorough, very patient, ton of experience, and extremely kind. Needed a recommendation recently for my son and literally 10 ppl told me about her. Was very happy with her.

She's AMAZING! Her personality is incredible. Also great diagnostician.

Definitely go to her! She has amazing bedside manner !! My father prides himself on being able to read people and he really liked her. A number of people in my family used her with amazing results (one had major surgery).
You can try calling Refuah helpline for recommendations (845-782-2000) I called them recently for an adult orthopedist (karamitopulis is pediatric) and they sent me to Columbia Dr Robert Christian.
