He is going to camp and I want to give him something he will enjoy. Something that’s not a necessity but rather a luxury he will enjoy.
Any ideas?

Do you want it to be a surprise?
If not, why not ask him?

My kids don't go to camps for such long periods, but when they go away for a shabbat I give them a box of homemade cookies or some other non-perishable food that they specially like.
If I get round to it I get everyone in the family to write him a note/ letter/ draw a picture (for younger siblings) and put them all in an envelope and hide it in his suitcase for him to find when he arrives.
Are you talking about this kind of thing, or something bigger?

A card game or Bananagrams. My mother sent a few games with me to camp and everyone loved it.
