I recently posted about postpartum exercises. I’m looking to firm up/tone my hips and stomach area. People mentioned how I shouldn’t use YouTube, and hat I should do a program instead.
I’m only willing to pay money (and can’t pay a lot) for a program that works.
Any ideas?
