I work part time. For the first year of dd's life I took her with me almost exclusivly. For the past 9 months she has had a fantastic babysitter. I am considering putting her in a pre-school program in sept. b.c she seems to be a very social child and I think she might gain from being with other kids. On the other hand, I don't want to push her into a 'school' setting too early. Any thoughts?

I never thought I'd send my kid to school so young, but I have decided to send him at age 2 in Sept. for a half day program because I really think he will enjoy being with the other kids and benefit greatly in his development. Plus I'm expecting twins this summer and my hands will, G-d willing, be full - I think it will be good for him and for me.
