There are interior decorators and interior designers. I’m not looking to do any structural work. Some pieces for living and dining rooms and paint colors.

I’m looking for someone who can help choose a couch, chairs, end tables, sideboard from local stores in Flatbush and Boro Park. Someone who can help choose materials, will know what sizes will fit, and help pull everything together.

I think most interior designers can do this.
Eta: I'm saying this because I know someone personally that does this. Won't recommend her because she charges an arm and a leg and I really dislike her work. Extremely flashy, gaudy, that kinda look.
