I always have an issue when people ask for the cheapest. Not saying that cheap is no good, but usually you get what you pay for. So yes, maybe you'll save 20 dollars on food, but lots of takeout just tastes gross.
So maybe rephrase to the best bang for your buck.

Mikes Chicken- not cheap but very large portions (long stuffed sandwiches) and delicious. I find that when buying for the family either we have leftovers or we can order 3 sandwiches for 4 people. A salad with meat is for 1-2 people etc
